* This new event is an out-and-back 10 mile trail run along the picturesque River Wye starting in Monmouth and heading towards Symonds Yat passing the iconic Biblins Rope Bridge

* Ideal for those wishing to step up from running a 10k or training for a spring half marathon

* Car Parking and toilets are available in town. Car park charges from £1.40

* Due to the route being on a shared path and narrow in places we strongly advise runners not to wear headphones
